Entrée

  • Seared Salmon with Bok Choy, cherry tomato and rocket pesto tarte

Vegetarian option

  • Tomato & Goats Cheese Terrine with Basil and rocket salad, gingered pear marmalade 

Main

  • Smoked mushroom & havarti stuffed Eye Fillet of Beef with mustard seed Jus
  • Parmesan crusted Chicken Breast filled with spinach and ricotta and served with a sundried tomato cream

All main course dishes are served with a potato and onion rosti

Vegetarian option

  • Spinach, Pine-nut and Ricotta Cannelloni with garlic cream sauce

  • French green beans with Pesto flavoured oil and Mesculin salad with Avocado oil dressing
