Beautifully presented at the candlelit buffet table and served by our expert staff.
- Wood smoked Sea-run Salmon, glazed with bush honey, soy and sweet chilli
- Italian country-baked chicken, marinated in fresh lemon, garlic, virgin olive oil and rosemary
- Scotch Fillet rubbed with sweet beer mustard, served med-rare wtih our mustard cream sauce
- Cos leaf salad, snow pea shoots, garlic croutons and Parmesan
