  • Caramelised onion palmiers, with smoked venison and salsa verde
  • Feta & sundried tomato, caramelised onion & apple chutney on lavosh triangle cracker

Buffet Main Course

Beautifully presented at the candlelit buffet table and served by our expert staff.

  • Wood smoked Sea-run Salmon, glazed with bush honey, soy and sweet chilli
  • Italian country-baked chicken, marinated in fresh lemon, garlic, virgin olive oil and rosemary
  • Scotch Fillet rubbed with sweet beer mustard, served med-rare wtih our mustard cream sauce
  • Cos leaf salad, snow pea shoots, garlic croutons and Parmesan
  • Tomato, Basil, Feta, Olive and Cucumber Salad
  • Mediterranean roasted vegetables of peppers, aubergine, zucchini, pumpkin and Orzo
  • Seasonal vegetables steamed drizzled with pesto oil
  • Rosemary and garlic roasted Potatoes
  • A selection of loaf breads served with flavoured butter
