The Waikato's busiest season is already here.

Saturdays from November to April are the most requested dates of our year. Enquiring early gives you first choice of date, menu and team.

Christmas parties and end-of-year functions. Friday and Saturday evenings go first.

Filling fast Jan – Apr

Peak wedding season across the Waikato. Popular venues and Saturdays are in high demand.

Plan ahead Winter 2027

Does enquiring commit me to anything?

Not at all. An enquiry just starts a conversation. You'll get information and ideas, and you're free to take your time, compare options, or decide we're not the right fit.

We haven't locked in numbers yet. Is it too early?

It's the best time to talk. Popular summer dates book early, and an early chat helps you budget realistically. Rough guest numbers and a possible date are enough for us to point you in the right direction.

Can you cater for dietary needs and our venue?

Yes. We regularly plan around allergies and dietary requirements, and we work at many of the Waikato's event spaces, from established venues to private properties. Just mention what you need and we'll talk it through.
